14-day refunds, no drama

If Tokodachi doesn't work on your machine or just isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. No forms, no questions beyond what's needed to find your order.

How to request

• Email slimex200@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout.
• Refunds are issued through Paddle (the Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
