1. What you're buying

Tokodachi is a desktop application for Windows, sold as a one-time purchase. Payment and order processing are handled by Paddle.com, who act as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, receipts, and applicable taxes.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use Tokodachi on devices you own. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly rehost the application or its assets.

3. Updates

Updates, including future cosmetic content, are included for free. We may change or discontinue features over time.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to circumvent the purchase flow or use the software for unlawful purposes. That's about it.

5. Warranty & liability

Tokodachi is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software. The software reads local usage signals from your AI coding tools solely to animate and grow your pet — see the Privacy Policy.
